Project by Tuscania (aka Marco Palmieri), Italian producer and TER (aka Terry-Ann Frencken), Dutch Dj. Both based in Turin (Italy), working in their studio '2020K' (www.2020k.it ) Both persons already worked in the electronic music scene before getting to know each other. As Tuscania already had the production studio 2020K and Ter resident at a club night in Turin, it was obvious they would run in to each other one day (2002) and from that time inseperatible and fused as 'UND'. Crashing melody directed tech bases with vocals in different languages, give their tracks a personal touch to different dance oriented music. With Tuscania using minimalism as an electronic style of living and Ter staying in a fairytale world, their work attains the maximum harmony. The production is partly done in their studio 2020K and partly in hotel rooms, guesthouses and under roofs of grandfathers houses. Using the equipment for hand, changing from 60's microphones to Neumann. With digital sounds, acoustic sounds, hands putted in computer ventilators and samples from old vinyl found between the garbage of the markets, they created their electronic music. It all started with one track that got in the hands off Dj HELL, being from that moment their kind of tutor for the starting of their production. Their music can be presented pure and rough in the same time and always maintaining their typical '2020K' sound which can be explained as clean and clear. Their live performance: Ter behind the decks, her vocals and Tuscania on the base with his laptop. It all gives a surrealistic expression. Nobody knows how it will start (or end...). A fact that speaks for itself, listening to their production. At the moment UND is releasing for 'Trapez records' and will come out on 'Gigolo records' , Dsprecs records and their own recordlabel 'Cityliving' (www.spazio.org/cityliving) in a few months.

live:
The mix between laptop, vinyl and voice going from minimal techno to techno, combining tracks from UND with tracks on vinyl of other artists. Live and Dj set are in one. Altering or combining the vinyl and laptop, where sometimes the vinil acts as base and sometimes the laptop. The voice is used in an ironic whay of talking and singing. UND often works with their VJ 'Phormazero' (Pascal Gary), www.phormazero.org , who perfectly synchronizes his visuals to UND's mad way of preforming and there is a strong syntony.
